- Products must be in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of damage, wear, or misuse.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized furniture.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Products purchased with gift cards or promotional discounts.
Refund Process

- Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If the item was damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a free return or replacement.
